Quality is one of the main goals of our Company's work ethics. For this reason, a strict quality control has been (internally and externally) , implemented throughout the production process, which is being monitored in every single phase.

All the products, starting from the raw material coming from our suppliers, through the manufacturing and polyester coating, to the final outcome, are being duly checked and analyzed by our quality department

The galvanized wire coils are always tested in order to fully accomplish with the Quality Standards (UNE-EN 10244-2 and UNE-EN 10016-2) requested to all our suppliers (Diameter, zinc coating, rigidity, tensile resistance, brightness,..). The wire we provide is not only of the best quality but it is also ideal for the final product destination.

A large number of controls, during the manufacturing phase stop any failure or variation from accur during the electro welding process. Also the external dimensions, tolerances, weldings, pressings, etc., are throughly examined by the QC department.
